Marketing Content Specialist

This position is for a Marketing Content Specialist. This position reports directly to the Technical Marketing Manager and is a key contributor to marketing related activities for the business; primarily focused on Lead Generation, Sales Tool Development and Branding. This position requires a hands-on individual with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, work in a team and as an individual, and be self-driven and self-sufficient. Excellent organizational and effective communication skills are essential. 




  • Proven track record in creation of marketing materials
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Knowledge of SEO processes, lead-tracking and social media placements
  • Ability to generate creative content including photography and video
  • Demonstrated competency in Adobe Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and video editing software
  • Full competency in MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with Drupal web architecture a plus




  • Requires an associate degree in a Marketing-related discipline; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of Marketing or desktop publishing experience


Language Skills: 


Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general technical content; ability to write marketing content; ability to effectively present error-free information and respond to questions from managers, engineers and customers in the English language.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 


  • Organization and management of sales leads
  • Coordination and execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to creation of advertising and sales tool content
  • Website content management
  • Establishment, maintenance and adherence to company style guide and branding rules
  • Facilitate development content for multimedia opportunities including webinars and videos
  • Assist with planning and content creation for our social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.)
  • Trade show planning and execution
